It used to be good when the company was under 50 employees. People really cared about each other, but as the company grow and acquired another organization, things go down south. Benefits for the corporate office is good, that's it. Nothing else.

Trying to fit 2 completely different cultures into 1 organization = making everyone's job difficult. If you don't know how to play politics = brown nose = you're OUT! 0 job security. They only tell you the good, but never explain the bad such as losing a big client.
