      Symetra is a wonderful place to work. Management and executive leadership really care about their employees and do their best to help them with their career goals. The work-life balance is great and you feel that everyone around you truly cares. They really try to live out their core values and try to be as transparent as possible.

      Svantaggi

      It would be nice if Symetra would invest in an ERP system. As it is, we have multiple systems that make reporting challenging although not impossible. An ERP would help streamline things.

I'm genuinely glad to get up and go to work every morning. I'm grateful for the opportunity, and the confidence given to us to be driven and self-sufficient professionals.

      Training is getting exponentially better, and structure is fomenting, but still isn't where it should be, by far. Sales teams bolster each other, but there's a perception of "performance punishment" that affects morale. The company wants to be a top ten carrier, but feels like it's lacking direction in other divisions, and our operational growing pains are evident to advisors.
