Bad leaders, all emotional wrecks, and marketing department is a toxic "mean girl" environment created by a leader exhibiting narcissistic tendencies, favoritism, and a lack of experience. Bad energy, bad vibes. HR is unethical, doesn't care, unfamiliar with the company's policies and doesn't see how poor the leadership team is.

Fun working environment, strong leadership team, company benefits, flexible working hours, empowering culture to work in, the company celebrates everyone’s birthday with cake and there are fun company events for everyone to attend.

It is hard to find any cons at Sympli. I’ve been an employee for 1 year and every day has been a positive experience. Everyone from front-line employees to senior leadership are nothing but supportive. It is exciting to see the product designers create new designs and getting positive feedback from customers!
