The company actually value their employees, I haven't been here long and already received initiatives as a token of gratitude. If you want more certifications, the company pays for it. There are ample about of opportunities for growth. The communication is immaculate.

They really take the time to support their employees. Paid holidays, PTO, Sick days and they even do company events to get to know their employees.

Svantaggi

Not the company particularly, but whom they have a contract with. Some of the employees you support can be a bit overwhelming and unprofessional ( well, in the call center). As a Tier 2 technician I have had nothing to complain about, yet. As the clients are nicer.

The overall culture is difficult to gauge all the time as most employees are at job sites spread out but management is definitely it touch and looking out for you.

Svantaggi

Small and mostly restricted to government contracts so opportunities can sometimes come or go depending on contract bidding seasons.
