I went through their interview process, got a formal offer for a role; salary, leave, joining date, everything confirmed in writing. The very next day, I got told there's "no headcount" and the offer is off the table. No explanation. No apology. Just gone. This is not how you treat professionals who have potentially turned down other opportunities, or were about to. The hiring process here is clearly not coordinated, they're extending offers without confirmed headcount approval, and candidates pay the price. Seriously reconsider before you invest time in their interview process. Your time and career decisions deserve better than this. Should have known better as these idiots are IHIS after all. just because you have a name change doesn't mean your culture will change.
