Good compensation, but excessive and unproductive meetings - Recensione dipendente - Systems Analyst presso Synapxe

Be prepared to have daily 3-6hr meeting. Though meeting is already very long, somehow always manage to overrun by 30mins-1hr. Even when time to go home no one wants to wrap up the meeting and will continue on like they have all the time in the world. Tasks are always said to be “urgent” but actually not urgent then we have to rush the work when the actual deadline is so far away. Have not learnt much from this job. I am just a glorified admin worker
