Smaller Company, With great colleagues. You are not just another number in the company. Everyone is a pleasure, all with the same motives to stride for better. Great future to be apart of as well as the core values they hold within the company.

No cons that are seen so far. Not every company is perfect but they try their best to maintain their integrity and Values.

great employees that worked on projects

This is a super small company where the management is very messed up. The right hand guy calls the CEO a narcissist and greedy then tells the employees the company is broke when in fact they just did not want to honor the contract they signed to hire the employees when they could find cheaper ones. Also, had employees do jobs entirely different than what they were hired for, never got to do what they were hired for. They said it's a small company (less than 20 people) and we were many hats. They have no clue about automation and how to run those projects and they use a 3rd party technical company who does not seem to be much better.
