The culture is great. We've been working very hard recently and its been nice to see people pitching in to help each other. I can't say enough about my team mates. Career opportunity. When I started, we were in the $20 million revenue range. Now our president says we could hit $100mm this year. Management tries to promote from within, which means that I have been moving up and taking on more responsibility. I want to keep moving up and make more money! The pay has been good. I've had raises and my bonuses have been great. When I look back at what I was making just a few years ago compared to now, it's not even close.

I have read some of the negative reviews and I think I know who a couple of them are. Since I really want to have more quality people join the team, PLEASE READ THIS. Many of the people who haven't made it generally showed up late and wanted to coast along without working hard. That put more work on the rest of us, and management either fired them or they quit on their own. Now I see these people posting nasty things about the company like they are victims. It makes me sad for them and a little angry.
