Everything. You can't take leaves. You can't be sick. You have to work even when sick and they won't relieve You immediately if you ask for it cause of health issues. Company doesnt care about you. Managers vps avps everyone wants to go on a power trip. It's not the best company to work for. They manipulate employees to give them good reviews for the Great place to work awards.

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
