Synchrony is really a great place to work for. This year they ranked #2 in India in GPTW and they really deserve it. Bet it company culture, flexibility to choose work timings and work place, you get all the flexibility to work as per your schedule and Place and they offer Permanent Remote work (Not sure about customer support roles). I would say they have the best Company benefits that you get in industry , specially medical insurance benefits. Anything good happens and they achieve , you get a gift for that. No work pressure from anyone in the hierarchy and they have open door policy. You can speak up to anyone about anything. Literally !!
