I am working with the smartest software developers I have ever had the chance to work with. (and I have worked with plenty in previous companies, no one compares to this group) Syndigo has invested a lot in creating a powerhouse of people to build what I believe will be the best product on the market. I have never been surrounded with more intelligent people within the product/engineering org. There are cons, but if you are willing to put in the work, deal with some of the complexities that comes with integrating systems together and want to learn from talented people, come work here! We are growing extremely fast and there is a lot of opportunity for the individuals willing to put in the effort. I would also like to note, that I have had an opposite experience than other reviewers with most of the C level individuals. They have personally checked on our team to "make sure everyone was doing alright" on multiple occasions and are way more understanding of deliverable timelines and trade-offs than past leadership.

Let's be real.... merging multiple companies together in a VERY short period of time is going to cause issues, it's written all over the previous reviews. The ones that are still here are the ones that believed we could! It's getting better every day and I wouldn't have written this review unless I truly believed that. The pros really outweigh the cons. Also want to note, no one asked me to write this review, as that was stated in reviews before this.
