There’s also a clear commitment to work-life balance, with things like weekly quiet hours and Flex Fridays during the summer.

During periods of change, priorities can shift quickly. That said, I've seen those create new opportunities for growth and advancement.

I also appreciate the strong work-life balance. There is flexibility and trust, which allows me to do my best work while still maintaining time for my family and personal life.
