Interview was canceled just two hours before, with no apology or explanation. Very disrespectful of the candidate’s time and effort. Communication is cold, dismissive, and unhelpful. No follow-up or transparency from the recruitment team, even after weeks of waiting. The overall process shows a lack of coordination and professionalism, leaving a poor impression of the company’s culture.
