Poor middle management - Recensione dipendente - IT Department presso Syneos Health

The middle management does not care about the people within it's organization. With the current Covid situation and lack of adequate child care, some managers are informing their employees to be prepared to come back to their office. These are employees that are capable to performing their duties working remotely from home. How are parents supposed to leave their children at a summer camp or daycare in these uncertain times?
