INC Research becomes Syneos - Recensione dipendente - Senior Clinical Research Associate presso Syneos Health

I was part of the INC Research team before it became Syneos; which changed the corporate culture significantly. My new LM was also my CTM on my project assignments; which created a conflict of interest. He was Argentinian and had been relocated by the company to Canada. He was geographically and culturally challenged. Geographically he was constantly assigning me an East Coast CRA central and western based sites. Culturally, he didnt collaborated it was rather him trying to bark orders at me.
