Can work 40 hrs or can work 80 if the company your contracted out too will allow it. Direct contact with Boss and small company attitude.

Vacation time increased by 1 week ever year up to 4 weeks a year. Leadership is good for the go get it type attitude. Some may find this lack of direction problematic.
