Flexabiliy of schedule. Responsive to client's and employee's needs and concerns

There are no cons that I find at this time

Easy to get a job there. Easy to get a few hours there. Clients are usually flexible and willing to have an HCA in the home. Lots of different kinds of clients. Build your own schedule (well, sort of). They text you and email you your schedule.

Not easy to get a full time schedule there. Even if you do get decent hours on the SCHEDULE clients will change schedules at will. The office management will sometimes change your schedule at last minute. LOTS of paperwork that must be done at each client's home daily. Paperwork must be turned into office once a wk (they do provide free envelopes in which to mail your paperwork in if you are unable to drop it off at office branch location) every week. And sometimes it seems like they don't want to pay people for mileage but as long as you're only an hour between clocking out at one client and clocking in at another, the clock in system automatically calculates and includes mileage in their system as well.
