The executives have an open-door policy, and if any individual is experiencing a problem, they are highly encouraged to talk about it, and work towards a resolution. The last thing we want is to find out an employee has been struggling with something that could be fixed with a conversation. Our company offers 2 health care plans for our employees to choose from: A traditional EPO plan without an HSA, or a high deductible health care plan with and HSA. To offset the cost of the high deductible, our company contributes 50% of the deductible annually. These types of plans are becoming quite popular, as the unused HSA dollars belong to you, and can be used for any future healthcare needs.
