Upper Management is a mess; It's humorous to watch them bicker amongst themselves in all-hands meetings Infront of the entire company. Hires a lot of seat-warmer who don't really contribute much and coast by. Very few technical staff know what they're doing, don't plan on having a mentor, if your competent you'll end up being a lead. Technical recruiters are below average.
