Leadership lacks knowledge, skill, and professionalism. It's not about Synegy's customers, it's about making the dollar and doing whatever it takes to complete shabby projects. Knowing the customer, business processes, and requirements, is not a priority for those in key roles (project managers, developers, BAs) who are employees of Syngery's. This makes it difficult for those who are on point to function well when lead developers and BAs are too lazy to do their jobs well.
