The owners of the company Kim and Ron Riggle are the most compassionate, real and positive people I worked for. It made my work as a caregiver so much more satisfying. I felt so appreciated not just by clients that I took care of but by the owners and the management. You will never regret working here! I did some part time caregiving for 2 other companies in Lincoln, Nebraska and Synergy is my favorite!

Works with your schedule which is helpful if your in school or have another job

Adds clients w/o telling you, cuts your hours, hard to get shifts, they don't assign you clients but they send out broadcasts to all caregiver's so if your not by your phone then you miss out,
