Great people, great management, great place

Not many cons at all if any

The pay is decent and the quality of work done by the team is superb. The work environment is intensely relaxed. Chad is really awesome to work with.

There are virtually no benefits to full time W4 employees; No health insurance, no paid time off, and no 401K. Overall there is a big communication issue revolving around management, basically who is in charge of what. Employees are left mostly in the dark on issues relating to their own position.
