      Flexible Timing and nothing else

      Not good place for experienced, talented developers, your time will be wasted to train dumb (who are not capable by learning themselves) freshers and work on maintainence type projects. No value to hardworkers. Very less pay. Yearly Appraisal. Notice period is of 2 months, never join company of notice period this long, it is HELL. No Work Culture. ALL maintainence type projects.
