Worst place ever - Recensione dipendente - Marketing Director presso SynergyLabs

First thing I noticed is that the majority of employees have been there for less than a year. HR runs this place under a "cult like" environment where the President is treated like he's the "dear leader". I also got the feeling they hire people just to pick up their brains and then fire them. They have people in key position whom don't have any idea how to do their jobs, the level of incompetence of those in charge of making decisions is insane. If you get a job there I guarantee you than in a month or less you'll hate this place.
