The new management based in North America, doesn't know to work with Syngenta employees. It only knows to work with it's own cartel from Bayer or Monsanto. The older employees are working with a sense of fear as they are not allowed to challenge the new management. 30% of the workforce are given exit slips, by the new management for unknown reasons and many existing teams are being thrown out of their current roles. Toxoc work culture doesn't let us to be a market leader.
