Pathetic work culture, very political. They dont like people working well and hard. Managers exercise unlimited power and expect complete submission. Business is not serious about impactful work but in only getting their way. They are not serious about diversity. You will often hear long time employees in the company say--I know everything about agriculture and don't need to know more. India org culture is very out of sync with APAC and global. It is not a place which promotes meritocracy. This place is perhaps suitable for anyone who doesnt care much about work delivery and is looking for a laid-back job, not for those who are serious about their career. HR is unhelpful and not serious about bringing in change. You need to be mentally very strong to survive the politics.
