Syngenta tried to unify services as part of an integrated strategy but the result is that the remaining support specialists are spread too thin, have minimal knowledge on how to assist specific needs. The workforce spends hours trying to figure out how to do any support question. Syngenta spends countless hours trying new initiatives, audits and quality reporting and not enough time being innovative; too many people need to be consulted for any decision.
