There is some opportunity to improve upon technical skills. Snacks and water.

Terrible work life balance. Toxic work environment. No support or positive reinforcement. Minimal communication. Archaic technology. In my opinion, working at this company was a nightmare. I tried my best to produce high quality work but the management made it feel like the work was worthless. In addition, the management would constantly expect you to work overtime despite finishing all your work. The technology used here is suboptimal and in my opinion, archaic. I felt like if I were to talk to anybody at the workplace, I would get fired. I would genuinely prefer to work retail then here. In conclusion, the work life balance is abysmal, you don’t feel passionate about the work you produce and there is limited opportunity for social interaction/development.
