      People are friendly and mostly helpful You would receive most of your salary n bonuses on time Most of the time you would learn more here as there is limited strength so you get to do everything and hence get to learn more.

      Management is controlled single handedly by few people only. Company is solely dependent on projects on Billing specifically Oracle BRM More like a job consultancy, you would be pushed into different company offices if you're into consulting as not much inhouse projects
