Be aware:The receptionist often creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s also noticeable that she is frequently absent — either sick or on vacation — particularly when management is away. Other employees are disciplined for similar patterns, but in her case, no action seems to be taken, which creates a sense of unfairness. Overall, her attitude and inconsistent presence do not reflect professionalism. Many colleagues avoid complaining because they feel it won’t change anything, but the behavior impacts morale.
