Hi K Chai*****, I understand you feel the need to give us a negative review given your experience with us. While it is clear to you and the HR department at Syren, we would like to provide a response publicly since this is disparaging to Syren. You joined us as a senior software engineer and mentioned in your CV that you have a certain number of years of experience. You passed the interviews successfully and we had hired you. All Syren employees go through a rigorous background check, internally as well as externally. When we conducted the background check internally we found out that your previous employer is a known provider of fraudulent employer certificates. You failed to provide us bank statements which prove you have ever received a salary from your previous organization. On being questioned and asked to prove that you have ever been employed at your previous organization, you have accepted that your past experience was fraudulent. At Syren, we take integrity issues seriously. No matter how skilled or not you are at the job you are hired for, we expect integrity and honesty from all those who work at Syren. You have clearly failed here. Your employment contract clearly states that we reserve right to refuse employment and subsequent pay if you fail to clear internal and external background checks. Since you've failed verification we will not pay you for the 10 days you have been a probationary employee since you employed fraudulent means to gain the said employment. You have also harassed our Talent Acquisition staff after being relieved of duties, which is further proof of your malintent. We have not published your name here since it would be detrimental to your future career.
