* small company *good place to learn the industry *co-workers are great and team is reliable

*senior management give you a large workload and your accomplishments are not valued. You do not get any recognition for the work that you do *definite favoritism by senior mgmt towards some employees. these employees can make mistake after mistake without any obvious repurcussions. While the rest of the team must pick up the slack and correct these errors.

Everyone is nice , friendly and helpful

Less projects to work on
