Could not be less considerate about each individual's career progress Administration could not care less about each individual's career progress. Although you put in time and effort (heart and soul) into your job and do more than expected outta you, you will still end up being truly disappointed. Do not stick to their words. My advise if a promise is given take it in writing. Absurd organization rules for increments Company changes their policies on and off specially close to review cycles and all employees are in the dark regarding this until the increment letter is given. And some of the policies are ridiculous. Without no knowledge of employees, increment portions this year has been drastically reduced. Best performers who got 5/5 (pr rating scale) are given the same increment portion as a person who scored 4/5 3/5 and 2/5. (thus, my statement about ridiculous policies). It makes scenes for employees to look for different employments as opposed to holding up a whole year to get a 15-25k addition. Company employees work so hard to feed a billion dollar parent company (Sysco foods in USA) but gets paid ridiculous increments.
