Every aspect of this company is a con. You will be hated by customers, you will have no input into your own success or failure , you will be embarrassed daily and attacked internally for trying to do the right thing by the customer. There will be no escape for you there will be no recognition for doing the right thing you will work and get nothing done because the management within this place makes it impossible to do your job well. You will be attacked you will be held accountable for failure of other's area of responsibility and the attackers are the leaders who should be supporting you and your success within the business. The technology needs to be sold to anyone who can manage a business the long term employees
