The realities of software development can in the best of times be arduous, but this team of some of the sharpest, most skilled devs I have ever worked with always finds a way to break down and solve any issue. The clients are very high-profile and demanding, and the team is extremely astute and proud in delivering on every level. Ultra-high flexibility in work location as well as for taking time off and partitioning one's work day means that a developer is left to fully realize their autonomy in the team, in their daily tasks and in their knowledge acquisition.
