I couldn't recommend Systembolaget as an employer more highly. The whole company culture is wonderful and everyone from management to coworkers do their best to make working at Systembolaget at pleasurable as possible. They take work place environment really serious, whether it regards the physical or mental enviornment. Whenever there was an issue the managers were quick to adress it. The store managers was very mindful when scheduling, making sure that the part-timers that were students had time off for studies and exams. They were also very genrous in providing additional training and development for any employee that wanted to learn more in a specific area of the company. The stores also have very reasonable working hours for being in retail.

The cons of working as a sales associate is the physically taxing work, but as loing as you exercise, stretch and take care of yourself you shouldn't suffer from any lasting strains. It's also difficult to rise in ranks if you want to develop further in the company. they have initiatives if you, as a sales associate want to become store manager, but there is a lack of initiatives to to get from the shop floor to HQ.
