Most of the management guys, directors & managers don't care about staff & only care for themselves. They achieved this position by saying YES to whatever the ex-CEO said.They give unachievable target for staff to meet. Shouting till the entire floor can hear is still happening. In fact, it just happened this morning. One director shouted till the entire floor can hear. Shouting & scolding in daily production meeting is still the norm. Calling meeting after working hours, Intentionally assigning work to do after office hours is still the norm. Some managers still force their staff to give positive feedback & high marks in yearly employment engagement feedback.
