Good basic salaries, nice people by and large and high potential niche markets.

Zero leadership at a Director/ownership level - no company direction, very little communication of ideas (other than 'make money'). Business has grown from a provincial recruitment business to an international high growth organisation, but the management has not changed to accommodate that. While staff are given time to grow a market, the reward structures when they do are incredibly linear and weighted too heavily in the businesses favor - too many senior heads taking out of the pockets of those delivering.
