Big brand in Testing services & certification. Initial salary is good. Salary on time. canteen facility ok. Chemical Department is good

Overall company is good. But Polymer (Automotive) department (Bengaluru) is worst. Undue work pressure from manager. No support /co-peration from top management. The manager thinks like you are machine , he will continuously give you new task in addition to your regular work every hour saying its urgent. Manager will keep continuous watch on you, worst thing if you are talking on phone more than 5 minutes he will ask you is it personal call /official call? All the manager are from service industry they have very less/no technical knowledge, so no new addition in technical skill . They just want to release more & more reports everyday at any cost. The work culture in Polymer department is very farm from German MNC culture its nowhere near to local company. No work-life balance. If any mistakes/failure happens you are responsible, if anything good/commendable happens then your manager will take full credit. Many people left job within 1 year under same manager, but the manager is still there so from this you can guess there is zero MNC culture. No value for employee they treat employye as labourer. There is no qulity in work, no technical expertise. So please think twice before joining.
