Management don't know how to run the store Lack of staff means associates are always overworked and too much is expected of them (For example, being told to maintain an area, put the stock out and man the jewelery counter all at the same time, people cant be in three places at once) Rota is always up late and they always change the hours so you can never really plan ahead Constantly nagged to cover other people's shift or stay on past your finishing time No progression unless you are very lucky (aka worked there over five years)
