The main manager doesn't listen to you when you have an issue and is very unprofessional. All the managers seem to have bad communication when needing a shift covered etc. I know there were cases of employees feeling bullied and nothing was done about it - so they felt like the only way of solving it was to leave. Sometimes the next week rota goes up as little as 1 or two days before, so you can't plan things in advance.
