- As a company they care a lot about saving money i.e. less hours for associates regardless of their own financial situation due to the fact that 'sales' didn't go as planned (TKMAXX did not earn enough money as they would have expected) - Don't really care about associates physical pain (backpain/leg pain) from lifting heavy objects, the work needs to be done in the shortest amount of time - Tell you to come in to work regardless of not feeling well - Will not allow you to move forward regarding progression in the field (no additional training that would benefit you in any way) unless you would like to become the team leader or work in the jewellery counter (no personal development).
