Middle management's tone is completely disconnected from senior leadership. Senior leadership touts an innovative/disruptive/no BS/get things done atmosphere whereas middle management perpetuates bureaucracy, conformity, groupthink, status quo environment.

We appreciate your insight and honesty. We strive to make sure the communication and direction between our leaders and our teams is consistent and transparent, but with any large company we know there can be some hiccups and plan to share your thoughts with our leadership team to help us find those gaps.
