Company culture is really inviting and fun. The call center is really nice to come to work to. Training was the best part of the experience.

Metrics are too heavy and don't actually show how you are as an employee. The only way to move up in the company is to "prove" that you can do the worst job and it's all about who you know and have sucked up to. The attendance policy is a joke and is not written down anywhere so good luck getting an clear answer about how it works. The constant changes to policy and what the company focuses on is hard. The expectations are too high for the low amount of pay. The bonus structure is not worth working that hard for.
