      T-Systems has some of the best and most engaged employees around. The environment is challenging but existing. Could be a great place to work, if the internal processes/procedure issue was solved and a new management stile was "invented"

      Very top German centric management style. Announces it self as a international company, however act as a very German centric company. Need to solve the heavy processes/procedure issue which hinter good customer relationship building as well as stir the management into a more international setup. Hiring the best not the most "germanlike"
