Provide good hikes at the time of joining. One may expect 50-60% hike based on technical expertise.

1. Major drawback, their appraisal cycles are way different. Variable bonus gets credited in the month of May for the financial year of April- March. While the annual appraisal is done in the month of October/November which gets credited along with arrears of 5-6 months (April-October). So, one would definitely lose one or the other thing. 2. Few of the management starts doing dirty politics over the technical person. 3. Work life balance may get affected. 4. They say they are following a flat hierarchy system but it's not truth in practical way.
