      No stable projects and worst than contract jobs.

      Svantaggi

      No understanding capability of the higher management mainly client manager. If u r very good hard working person then u will suffer more. They pretend that they help u but they actually sue you. Even without any discussion u will be out of the company. So no security no surety no projects where u can work for a long time. On any Unknown day u will be fired unknowingly.
