      Svantaggi

      1.Managers are not reachable 2.No seriousness about the existing projects work and quality. 3.No job security, Company is struggling to onboard the projects hence has fire many employees 4. No one to one feedback is taken from employee 5.Appraisal are given depends on how you are buttering your manager than your performance. 5.German peoples are seating everyday on their head because of conflict of interest and bad practices they are following within.
