Pathetic managers who are experts in micromanagement - Recensione dipendente - Consultant presso T-Systems

T-Systems provide zero work life balance. The managers here are expert in doing micro management and have zero trust in their employees. People are forced to come to office in shifts despite the fact that there is no canteen/ food facility in morning or in evening. One is forced to stay in office till 22:30 without dinner. When questioned, they have a standard answer that you can order from Zomato. Attendance requests are openly rejected even when an employee had worked from home and they are forced to take leaves. HR department is only for namesake and managers dictate everything here. Even the policies are written as per manager's will and they are openly challenged by managers to harass employees.
