      Hybrid working with little bit work life balance.

      Lots of cons here, despite of working hard throughout the year you might not get the required recognition, 2. Your appraisals can be spoiled easily if the ego of your manager is not satisfied.. 3. Culture in teams is not good, people management is very very poor. 4. Retired old leaders have joined the company who are not willing to change anything as per the need of the hour.
